Rymys has implemented a self-hosted End-to-End email marketing solution that enables Rymys to manage direct-client campaigns as well as partner-client campaigns. Campaign subscriptions include managing subscriber mailing lists, designing rich personalized newsletters, sending email campaigns, and analyzing real time reports. This is a For-Clients-Only email marketing solution.

  • For it’s clients, Rymys will:
    • assist in defining target audience
    • assist in securing the highest of quality double opt-in targeted lists
      • Rymys will present quotes for lists if the client does not have any
      • Client covers the cost of the lists
    • manage customer mailing lists
    • design HTML and Text Version Newsletters
    • deploy and oversee campaigns of over 25,000 records
      • Lists up to 1 million or more are not a problem)
      • Campaigns will be deployed 2 times per week
      • A list of 25,000 will account for 50,000 records per week or 200,000 per month
    • provide detailed campaign reports

Key Performance Ratios

  • Unique views-clicks shows the number of subscribers who opened at least once this newsletter or clicked at least one link in this newsletter. No duplicates included.  “The unique views-clicks ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
  • Clicks to views shows what percentage of those who viewed the newsletter clicked at least one link. “The clicks to views ratio” is calculated by dividing the unique clicks by the unique views.
  • Unique views: shows the number of subscribers who opened at least once this newsletter. “The unique open-rate ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
  • Unique clicks: shows the number of subscribers who clicked at least one link in this newsletter. “The unique click-through ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign
  • All views: shows the number of times this newsletter was opened including duplicate views. “The total open-rate ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign (duplicate opens included).
  • All clicks: shows the total number of clicks in this campaign including duplicate clicks. “The total click-through ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
