He has specialized experience in education and training, small business development, information technology utilization, human resources and budget development. Hollie is an excellent communicator and proven problem solver. A Veteran who retired from the United States Army after successfully completing 22 years of active-duty military service. His military experience has provided him with a valuable perspective of the unique barriers that many in the Veteran community encounter. As a small business owner, he also has an understanding for the challenges that small businesses face.

Mr. McGrath is a 30-year United States Army Veteran where he served in various command and staff positions. He retired as a Colonel and received numerous awards and decorations including those for two combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Thomas J. McGrath, aka ‘Tom’, was the former Deputy Director, Government Contracting Business Development at the Small Business Administration (SBA). He was responsible for certification of women owned and economically disadvantaged women owned small businesses to compete for contracting opportunities under the set-aside acquisition programs. And before SBA, Tom was the former Director of the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Small Business Office. He was responsible for accurate and timely verifications for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under the Veterans First Verification Program. Mr. McGrath hails from South Boston, MA and holds a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.

I’m a web developer. I spend my whole day, practically every day, experimenting with HTML, CSS, Boostrap, and JavaScript, React js, Next js, Tailwind Ui, Adobe Photoshop, and inhaling a wide variety of potentially useless information through a few hundred RSS feeds. I build websites that delight and inform. I do it well. I’m curious, and I enjoy work that challenges me to learn something new and stretch in a different direction. I do my best to stay on top of changes in the state of the art so that I can meet challenges with tools well suited to the job at hand.

Lynda is a graduate of the National School of Computer Science in Algeria. She has over 10 years of experience deploying Microsoft 365 Teams Projects, as well as developing SharePoint server hybrid projects with highly advanced work-flows. She holds many certifications, including Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, and Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security. Additionally, Lynda is certified on Nintex tools for flow automation and eforms (SharePoint automation, form, Office 365 automation, Promap, RPA).
