Campaign subscriptions include managing subscriber mailing lists, designing rich personalized newsletters, sending email campaigns, and analyzing real time reports. This is a For-Clients-Only email marketing solution.

The following table snippet is an example of the Summary Report Key Performance definitions noted on the report.

Key Performance Ratios

  • Unique views-clicks shows the number of subscribers who opened at least once this newsletter or clicked at least one link in this newsletter. No duplicates included.  “The unique views-clicks ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
  • Clicks to views shows what percentage of those who viewed the newsletter clicked at least one link. “The clicks to views ratio” is calculated by dividing the unique clicks by the unique views.
  • Unique views: shows the number of subscribers who opened at least once this newsletter. “The unique open-rate ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
  • Unique clicks: shows the number of subscribers who clicked at least one link in this newsletter. “The unique click-through ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign
  • All views: shows the number of times this newsletter was opened including duplicate views. “The total open-rate ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign (duplicate opens included).
  • All clicks: shows the total number of clicks in this campaign including duplicate clicks. “The total click-through ratio” is calculated by dividing this number by the total number of subscribers in this campaign.
